On June 1, Dalian COSCO Khi Ship Engineering held a christening ceremony for the two 61,000-dwt bulk carriers DE089/DE090 built for Hong Kong Wah Kwong Shipmanagement. DE089 was christened "Darya Heera" and DE090 was christened "Darya Mira".
The two 61,000-dwt bulk carriers christened this time are 199.90 meters long, 32.24 meters wide, 18.60 meters deep, and designed speed 14.5 knots. They are one of the most popular bulk carriers currently on the market.

At present, Wah Kwong operates and manages 4 61,000-dwt bulk carriers built by DACKS. The christening of the two new ships marks a deeper cooperation between DACKS and Wah Kwong.
