The average crew change is about 600 people per day

On the one hand, it has targeted measures to strengthen the input of external defense, and actively takes measures to block the spread of the epidemic through means of transport to the maximum extent; On the other hand, it has done a good job in ensuring smooth transportation. It mainly includes the following three aspects.
 
One is to strictly implement the "customs clearance" for international transportation. MOT will continue to strictly implement the "cargo passenger clearance" measures at water transport ports, and continue to suspend international cruise ships entering and leaving ports in China.
 
The second is to strictly protect cross-border freight carriers against the epidemic. In order to guarantee international transportation, there must be relevant staff involved in international freight, including truck drivers on land, crew on water and crew members of civil aviation. International cargo ships are strictly prohibited from carrying passengers other than crew members into Chinese ports.
 
The third is to fully guarantee the orderly shift of Chinese crew members. Continue to strengthen communication with relevant departments and arrange for some Chinese crew members on international cruises to return home in a safe and orderly manner.
 
At present, the crew shift work is stable and orderly, with an average of about 600 people per day.
