China Shipping bulletins on March 11,2020


1.Ministry of Transport and the National Development and Reform Commission said port charges for cargo and facilities security will be cut by 20 percent from March 1 to June 30.

2.A total of five international liner ship lines departing from Guangzhou Port have been launched from Feb 27 to March 7, mainly heading to Southeast Asian countries.

7.Huanghua port, located in central Bohai-rim economic zone, saw coal handling reach 73.08% of its total in the first two months of 2020.

8.Iron ore futures in China rose sharply on Tuesday as a drop in new virus cases in the country raised hopes for an improvement in demand, while lower inventories also aided sentiment.
