China Shipping bulletins on October 14,2019


1.Typhoon No. 19 "Hagibis" landed on the coast of Japan.On 12 October,a general cargo ship named JIA DE carrying Chinese seafarers sank in Kawasaki Port,Japan.

2.The Greek Committee of Planning and Development of Ports (ESAL) confirmed, in its press release, the approval of the PPA Master Plan, which had been examined by the Committee during its meeting on September 25.

3.Wuhan Maritime Court has listed 4,400 dwt chemical tanker Lian Run 168 for sale through an online auction scheduled on November 5.

4.China's index of export container transport dipped for the week ending Friday, according to the Shanghai Shipping Exchange.

5.According to the Ministry of Commerce, ASEAN has become China's second largest trading partner in the first half of the year. In the past six months, the China-ASEAN import and export trade volume reached $291.85 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.2 percent.
