Japan's Mitsui plans to invest in LNG business with China Resources Gas and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding in Jiangyin Lingang Development Zone, which will also be another cooperation between Mitsui and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding.
On the morning of January 13, Wang Jinjian, deputy mayor of the Wuxi Municipal Government and party secretary of Jiangyin, met with Mr. Okamoto, director of Japan's Mitsui. The two sides conducted friendly exchanges on the cooperation in the construction of LNG project.
The strong cooperation will give full play to Mitsui’s LNG gas source and transportation advantages, China Resources’national pipeline network sales advantages, and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding’s LNG carrier construction and LNG terminal to develop LNG-related businesses in East China and even in the South.
