Song Xiaodong and Liu Changman Appointed as President and Vice President of Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG)

On October 14, 2024, Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG) announced the appointment of Song Xiaodong as President and Liu Changman as Vice President, following the approval of these appointments during the company's third board meeting of the year. Both executives bring extensive experience in infrastructure and port operations, positioning SIPG for continued growth and success.

Song Xiaodong, formerly Vice President of Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd., has a rich background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. His leadership is expected to drive the future development of Shanghai Port, enhancing its global standing.

Liu Changman, an expert in port operations, has held multiple leadership roles across various SIPG terminals. His deep expertise in container operations and management will be instrumental as SIPG works towards a record-breaking container throughput of 50 million TEUs this year.

These leadership changes reflect SIPG's commitment to strengthening its position as the world's largest port and enhancing its role in global trade.
