CHN Energy Shipping Development Company officially established!

On December 7, CHN Energy announced the establishment of CHN Energy Shipping Development Company.

CHN Energy Shipping Development has a registered capital of 1 billion yuan and its registered place is Haidian District, Beijing.

China Energy Shipping and its affiliated enterprises are under the unified management of CHN Energy Shipping Development.

China Energy Shipping was established in May 2010 as a joint venture between CHN Energy and COSCO Shipping Group.
