COSCO Shipping plans to increase holdings of COSCO Shipping Holdings by 3 billion yuan

On May 20th, COSCO Shipping Holdings issued the following announcement:
 
COSCO Shipping increased its stake in COSCO Shipping Holdings by 500,000 A-shares and 3,025,500 H-shares.
 
Meanwhile, COSCO Shipping will increase its A-shares and H-shares in the next 12 months, with the total amount of additional shares planned to not exceed 3 billion yuan.
